38Responsibility for remunerating tribunal members
In the following provisions of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996, for “Secretary of State”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Lord Chancellor”
—
(a)
section 5(1), (2) and (3) (remuneration of members of employment tribunals etc);
(b)
section 27(1), (3) and (4) (remuneration of members of Employment Appeal Tribunal etc).
