In the Sentencing Code, for Schedule 13 (offences attracting special custodial sentence for offenders of particular concern) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 6 to this Act.

The amendment made by subsection (1) does not apply where a person is convicted of an offence before the day on which this section comes into force.
