44Serious crime prevention orders: review of operation of police powers

The Secretary of State must—
a
review the operation of the amendments made by this Act to the Serious Crime Act 2007 (see Schedule 12), and
b
publish the outcome of the review in a report.

The report must be published before the end of the period of 3 years beginning with the day on which section 43 comes into force.

The Secretary of State must lay the report before Parliament.
