(1)
Section 13 (costs and expenses) is amended as follows.

“(1)
Procedure Rules may make provision for regulating matters relating to—
(a)
costs or expenses;
(b)
allowances payable under section 5(2)(c) or (3).”

In subsection (1A)—
(a)
for “Regulations under subsection (1) may” substitute “Procedure Rules may, in particular,”

(b)
omit “under such regulations”.

In subsection (1B), for “Employment tribunal procedure regulations may” substitute “Procedure Rules may, in particular,”
