6Documents to be laid before Parliament

(1)

Subsection (2) applies if—

(a)

F1… copies of the UK Green Investment Bank’s annual accounts and reports are, in accordance with section 437 of the Companies Act 2006, laid before it in general meeting, and

(b)

as at the date of the meeting, the Crown holds shares in F2a UK Green Investment Bank company.

(2)

The Secretary of State must, as soon as practicable after the meeting, lay a copy of the annual accounts and reports before Parliament.
