In Regulation 73 (partial retirement: deferred choice members) in paragraph (1) before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)

regulation 16A of the 1995 Regulations22 (partial retirement pension);”.

(2)

In paragraph (5) in the definition of “specified percentage” after “given in” insert “regulation 16A(4)(a) of the 1995 Regulations,”.
