Amendment of regulation 4314.

In regulation 43 (guaranteed minimum pensions)10, in paragraph (2)(b), for “reduced or suspended under regulation 84 (Suspension of pension on return to HSC employment) or regulation 85 (Reduction of pension on return to HSC employment) if the member returns to HSC employment” substitute “reduced under regulation 85 (reduction of pension on return to HSC employment)”.
