Amendment of regulation 73H18.

In regulation 73H (effect of death or early payment of pension after option exercised under regulation 73A, 73C or 73D), in paragraph (5), at the end of sub-paragraph (c), insert “; or” and after that sub-paragraph add—

“(d)

becomes entitled to a pension under regulation 16A before the member’s chosen birthday,”.
