Amendment of regulation 1534.

In regulation 15 (no refund of contributions in cases of inordinate pay) for “1995 officer transition member’s final year’s pensionable pay” substitute “member’s final years’ pensionable pay in respect of a 1995 officer transition member or a non-pensionable 1995 Section member”.
