(1)

In making decisions that they are required or permitted to make by virtue of any enactment, CMA groups must act independently of the CMA Board.

(2)

Nothing in sub-paragraph (1) prevents—

(a)

the CMA Board from giving information in its possession to a CMA group, or

(b)

a CMA group giving information in its possession to the CMA Board.
