(1)

The CMA may appoint other members of staff.

(2)

A person appointed as a member of the CMA’s staff under sub-paragraph (1) may also be a member of the CMA, but must not be—

(a)

the chair, or

(b)

a member of the CMA panel F1or the OIM panel.

(3)

The following are to be determined by the CMA with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service—

(a)

the number of members of staff appointed under sub-paragraph (1);

(b)

their conditions of service.
