“Offences6.

(1)

An operator who fails to comply with a requirement in—

(a)

regulation 5(1),

(b)

regulation 5(3), or

(c)

a request under regulation 5(4) to provide records and information within the period specified for the purposes of regulation 5(5),

commits an offence.

(2)

An offence under paragraph (1) is punishable on summary conviction by a fine.”
