In regulation 4 (interpretation)—
(a)
in the appropriate place insert “common travel area”
(“ardal deithio gyffredin”
) has the meaning given in section 1(3) of the Immigration Act 19714;
(b)
in the appropriate place insert ““the International Travel Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau Teithio Rhyngwladol”) means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) Regulations 20225;”
