Amendment of the Charities Act 201124.

(1)

The Charities Act 201123 is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 57 after subsection (6) insert—

“(6A)

In the application of this section to England and Wales, the reference in subsection (4)(a) to 12 months is to be read as a reference to the general limit in a magistrates’ court” (but this is subject to paragraph 14 of Schedule 9).”.
