Amendment of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 200715.

(1)

The Statistics and Registration Act 200714 is amended as follows.

(2)

After section 39(9) insert—

“(9A)

In the application of this section in England and Wales the reference in subsection (9)(b) is to be read as a reference to the general limit in a magistrates’ court (but this is subject to subsection (11)).”.
