Transfer of property, rights and liabilities5.

(1)

There are transferred to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs all property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs is entitled or subject at the coming into force of this Order.

(2)

There are transferred to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs all property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for International Development is entitled or subject at the coming into force of this Order.
