Explanatory note

Transfer of functions4.

(1)

The functions of the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs are transferred to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.

(2)

The functions of the Secretary of State for International Development are transferred to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, subject to paragraph (3).

(3)

The functions of the Secretary of State for International Development under the Police Pensions Regulations 20153 are transferred to the Secretary of State.
