(a)
in paragraph (a)—
(i)
at the end of sub-paragraph (i) insert “or”

omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (ii);
(iii)
omit sub-paragraph (iii);
(b)
in paragraph (b)(ii) omit “or (iii)”;
(c)
