Schedule 3 (Passenger information) is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph 1—

(i)

omit sub-paragraph (b),

(ii)

after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca)

nationality,

(cb)

travel document type,”,

(b)

omit paragraph 7,

(c)

in paragraph 8(b), for “paragraph 6(5)” substitute “paragraph 8(5)”.
