Cooperation with inspections
54Offences
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the duty imposed by section 53.
(2)
A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs an Inspector or other person in the carrying out of an inspection of a relevant educational establishment under this Part.
(3)
A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) or (2) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
