3Meaning of “premises”
(1)
The Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008 is modified as follows.

In section 123 (meaning of “premises”)—
(a)
in the definition of “premises”, in paragraph (b)—
(i)
“(zi)
a tent or other moveable structure,”,
(ii)
after sub-paragraph (i), the word “and” is repealed,
(iii)
“, and
“(iii)
an offshore installation (within the meaning given by regulation 3 of the Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (Management and Administration) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/738)).”,
(b)
in the definition of “mobile home”—
(i)
for “means” substitute “includes”

(ii)
for “, houseboat or other moveable structure” substitute “or houseboat”
