28Regulations under the 1965 Act

(1)

The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 is modified as follows.

(2)

In section 54(1A) (regulations), for “prescribing the form of a register of marriages under section 32” substitute “under subsection (1)”.
