The Police Pensions Regulations 2015 are amended as follows.

In regulation 7 (police pension authority), in column 2 of the entry in the table beginning “A person in service as an officer”, omit “or the Secretary of State for International Development”.

(3)

In regulation 13(3) (scheme managers who must identify a Police Pension Board to assist them), omit sub-paragraph (f).

In regulation 210(2) (pension supervising authority), in column 2 of the entry in the table beginning “A person in service as an officer”, omit “or the Secretary of State for International Development”.
