Section 269 (appeal against decision on discharge of liability) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) omit “section 267(2) (discharge of liability to lifetime allowance charge)”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b) (and the “or” before it).

(3)

In subsection (6) omit “lifetime allowance charge,”.

(4)

Omit subsections (9) to (11).
