(1)

Safety regulations may make provision prohibiting an individual from carrying out a prescribed role, or acting in a prescribed capacity, at a spaceport or mission management facility unless the individual fulfils prescribed criteria.

(2)

Safety regulations may make provision for the licensing of individuals employed at spaceports in the inspection or supervision of spacecraft or carrier aircraft.
