Education and training
64Abolition of office of Chief Executive of Skills Funding
(1)
The office of the Chief Executive of Skills Funding (established by Part 4 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009) is abolished.
(2)
The property, rights and liabilities of the Chief Executive of Skills Funding are transferred to the Secretary of State.
(3)
Schedule 14 makes amendments to Part 4 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 in consequence of the abolition of the office of the Chief Executive of Skills Funding.
