Powers of court security officers95

At the end of Schedule 3 to the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004 (court security officers) add—

“Powers of court security officers to extend to land on which relevant building stands

Any power of a court security officer exercisable in, or in relation to, the relevant building, is also exercisable in, or in relation to, any place within the boundary of the land on which the building stands; and references in this Schedule to a relevant building are to be construed accordingly”.
