Review of criminal record certificates41

(1)

The Police Act 1997 is amended as follows.

(2)

After section 117A (inserted by section 40(5)) insert—

“Review of criminal record certificates117B

Schedule 8A (which provides for an independent review of certain criminal record certificates) has effec”.

(3)

After Schedule 8 insert as Schedule 8A the Schedule set out in Schedule 4 to this Act.
