PART 10SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
Commencement106
(1)
The following provisions of this Act come into operation on the day after this Act receives Royal Assent—
(a)
section 36 and Schedule 3;
(b)
sections 89 and 90;
(c)
sections 98 to 103;
(d)
section 104 and Schedule 8;
(e)
this section;
(f)
paragraph 10 of Schedule 7 and section 97 so far as relating to that paragraph;
(g)
in Schedule 9, Part 6 (and section 105 so far as relating to that Part).
(2)
The other provisions of this Act come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
(3)
Without prejudice to section 102(8), an order under subsection (2) may contain such transitional or transitory modifications of this Act as appear to the Department to be necessary or expedient in connection with any provision brought into operation by the order.
