Section 2 of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 is amended as follows.

For subsections (5) and (5A) substitute—

“(5)

There shall be paid to the members of the Lands Tribunal appointed under section 1(2) such remuneration as the Department of Justice may determine.”.
