In publishing a document under this Part, the Chief Inspector must have regard to the importance of communicating in an inclusive way that best meets the needs of—
(a)
children and young people,
(b)
persons with educational support needs,
(c)
users of British Sign Language,
(d)
users of the Gaelic language,
(e)
users of the Scots language,
(f)
others affected by the exercise of the Chief Inspector’s functions.
