Title, coming into force and application1.

The title of these Regulations is the Basic Payment Scheme (Tapering, Payment Entitlements and Closure) (Wales) Regulations 2025.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on 1 January 2026, subject to paragraph (3).

(3)

Regulation 3(2) of, and the Schedule to, the Regulations come into force on 1 January 2029.

(4)

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
