PART 1Amendment Provisions

The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 20116.

(1)

The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 20118 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 16—

(a)

in paragraph (1), after the definition of “the 2008 Act” insert—

““the 2024 Act” means the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024;

infrastructure consent” means the consent required by section 19 of the 2024 Act;”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (f), omit “and”;

(ii)

at the end, insert—“; and

(h)

the 2024 Act.”
