The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (Consequential Provision) (Secondary Legislation) Regulations 202418.

The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (Consequential Provision) (Secondary Legislation) Regulations 202420 are amended as follows.

Omit regulations 75 to 83.

(3)

The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) have effect as if the amendment in paragraph (2) had not been made so far as the provisions of those Regulations relate to a development to which sections 19 and 20 do not apply by virtue of section 146 of the 2024 Act.
