Amendment of the School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 20112.
(1)
The School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 20115 are amended as follows.
(2)
After regulation 1B insert—
“Disapplication of certain requirements for the 2021-2022 school year1C.
The information specified in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8(b) of Schedule 2 and relating to the 2021-2022 school year6 must not be included in any governors’ report.”

In regulation 5(2)(a), after “regulation 1B” insert “or 1C”
