Amendment of the Local Government (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 20203.

The Local Government (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 20203 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3—
(a)
in the definition of “a postponed poll”, for “1 February 2021 and ending on 16 April 2021” substitute “1 March 2021 and ending on 6 May 2021”, and
(b)
in the definition of “the relevant period”, for “31 January 2021” substitute “28 February 2021”.

In regulation 9(1), for “31 January 2021” substitute “28 February 2021”.
