Explanatory note

Title, commencement, expiry and interpretation1.

The title of these Regulations is the Countryside Access (Local Access Forums) (Wales) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021. These Regulations come into force on 1 May 2021.

These Regulations, other than regulation 6 and this regulation, cease to have effect on 31 December 2021.

Regulation 6 and this regulation cease to have effect on 4 August 2022.

In these Regulations, “the 2001 Regulations” means the Countryside Access (Local Access Forums) (Wales) Regulations 20012.
