Amendments to regulation 35.
(1)
Regulation 3 (persons arriving from outside the common travel area) is amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (2)—
(a)
after sub-paragraph (a), insert—
“(aa)
a person described in paragraphs 6 to 10 of Schedule 2.”
(b)
omit sub-paragraph (c).
(3)
Omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
