Amendments to regulation 2A3.

(1)

Regulation 2A (exemptions for vaccinated travellers and others) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (10) in the definition of “authorised vaccine”, for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c)

in relation to doses received in any other country or territory (including a relevant country listed in paragraph (12)), which would be authorised as provided for in paragraph (a)(i) or (ii) if the doses were received in the United Kingdom;”.

In paragraph (12), at the appropriate places insert—
