Amendment of the School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 20112.

The School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 20116 are amended as follows.

After regulation 1 insert—
“Disapplication of certain requirements for the 2019-2020 school year1A.
The information specified in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8(b) of Schedule 2 and relating to the 2019-2020 school year7 must not be included in any governors’ report.”
(3)
Paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 is revoked.
