PART 2Amendments to the International Travel Regulations

Transitional provision: persons who arrived in the common travel area before 10 July 20207.

(1)

Paragraph (2) applies where a person has, within the period of 14 days ending immediately before these Regulations come into force, arrived in the common travel area from a place outside that area.

(2)

The International Travel Regulations apply to the person as if the amendments made by regulations 3 to 6 of these Regulations had not been made, but only in relation to the period of 14 days beginning with the day the person arrived in the common travel area.

“Common travel area” in this regulation has the meaning given by the Immigration Act 19719.
