Provision of information during journey4.

(1)

The operator of an international passenger service must ensure that every passenger on the vessel or aircraft is provided with the statement set out in F1Part 2 of the Schedule during the journey to the port in Wales.

(2)

The statement must be provided F2… in Welsh, English and an officially recognised language of the country of departure.
