Postponement of by-elections of community councillors4.

(1)

The poll for the election of a councillor to fill a casual vacancy in the office of community councillor that, pursuant to rule 5(3) of the 2006 Rules (filling of casual vacancies), would otherwise be held, or have been held, on a day during the relevant period is to be held instead on a day falling within the period commencing on F11 March 2021 and ending on 6 May 2021.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to a poll for the election of councillor that has been held, pursuant to rule 5(3) of the 2006 Rules, on a day during the antecedent period.
