(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), these Regulations apply to elected members in respect of their elected membership with the modifications set out in Schedule 4.
(2)
The Secretary of State may, by written direction, modify these Regulations as they apply to elected members for the purposes set out in
section 25
(8) of the
Public Service Pensions Act 20135.”;
