Citation, extent and interpretation1.
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024 (Commencement No. 10) and Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 8) Regulations 2026.
(2)
These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3)
In these Regulations—
“the 2024 Act” means the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024;
“the 2025 Act” means the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
