Part 1INTRODUCTORY
Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Local Planning) (Modification and Consequential Amendments) (England) Regulations 2026.
(2)
These Regulations come into force on 25th March 2026.
(3)
This regulation and regulations 2 to 7 extend to England and Wales.
(4)
Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
(5)
In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004;
