Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations 20022.
(1)
The State Pension Credit Regulations 20027 are amended as follows.
(2)
In Schedule 2A (additional amount applicable for claimants responsible for a child or qualifying young person)—
(a)
in paragraph 2(1) (general) after the definition of “child” insert—
““foster parent” has the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Universal Credit Regulations 20138;”;
(b)
in paragraph 4(3) (child or qualifying young person looked after by a local authority)—
(i)
omit the “or” after paragraph (a);
