In the Register of People with Significant Control Regulations 201620, in Schedule 4, in Part 2 (disclosure to a credit reference agency), in paragraph 6(c)—
(a)
omit the “or” after paragraph (iv);
(b)
after paragraph (v), insert—
“or
(vi)
section 148C of that Act (false statements made in response to interview notices);”.
