Joint committees24.

The Mayor may enter into arrangements jointly with the Combined County Authority, the constituent councils and other local authorities in accordance with section 101(5) of the Local Government Act 197259 for the discharge of the general functions of the Combined County Authority which are exercisable only by the Mayor pursuant to regulation 23.
