Citation and interpretation1.
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Media Act 2024 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2024.
(2)
In these Regulations—
(a)
“the 1996 Act” means the Broadcasting Act 19962;
(b)
“the 2003 Act” means the Communications Act 20033; and
(c)
“the 2024 Act” means the Media Act 2024.
